Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made directly from Rayne’s Art Studio. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Orders & Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information.

Original paintings and prints require payment at checkout. Commission payments follow your signed agreement. Charges may appear as Autumn Creek LLC on your statement.

If an item is unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to arrange an agreed correction or cancel the affected item and issue a full refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your approval.

Artwork & Commissions

Product descriptions identify the artwork’s medium, dimensions, and any included framing. Room previews are illustrative; please check the listed measurements. Screen settings and lighting may cause minor differences in how colors appear.

Custom commissions are governed by a separate written agreement covering the work, price, deposit, approvals, timeline, and cancellation terms. If that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement controls for that commission, subject to applicable law.

When submitting reference photographs or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission for their intended use. You authorize Rayne to use them to prepare and complete your commission.

Shipping, Pickup & Returns

We currently ship within the United States. Production and shipping timeframes are provided on the product page or in your commission agreement. Local pickup and delivery are arranged directly with the studio.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options to accept a delay or cancel for a refund as required by law.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, deadlines, and costs. For eligible change-of-mind returns of orders shipped free, our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Commissions and prints are final sale for change-of-mind purposes, subject to that policy and applicable law.

Artwork Rights

Purchasing an original painting or print transfers ownership of the physical item, not its copyright, unless separately agreed in writing. Reproduction, merchandise, and other uses requiring copyright permission must be authorized by the rights holder, except as permitted by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Future changes to these terms apply to orders placed after the changes are published.
