Our website and service providers may also collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to operate and protect the site.

How We Use and Share Information

We use your information to communicate with you, complete commissions, process and deliver orders, maintain business records, and prevent fraud.

We share information as needed with providers supporting these activities, such as website hosting, email, payment processing, printing, and shipping. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights.

Payments are processed through PayPal and its supported payment services. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. PayPal handles information under its own Privacy Statement.

Photographs & Artwork

Reference photographs submitted through our forms or email are used to discuss and create your artwork. Permission to publicly display your reference photos, commissioned artwork, or testimonial will be addressed separately with you or in your commission agreement.

Photos selected for the “Try It on Your Wall” preview are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to or saved by Rayne’s Art Studio.

The site uses cookies or similar browser storage to support functions such as the shopping cart and checkout. Payment providers may use their own cookies for payment processing, security, and fraud prevention.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect site features.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to complete your inquiry or order, maintain required business records, and meet tax, legal, or dispute-resolution obligations.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity and retain certain records for legitimate business or legal purposes.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
